Con’s wrapup of the 2007 Turnout:
Hello all,
Well all the bills are paid and we can put 2007 to rest.
The important thing is that it appears that everyone gained in some way from the event. Not that we all managed to land a 1.2 metre Barra !!!!!!!!! but the word we got was that as
usual all had a good time.
Next year's will be, as usual, on the 1st. weekend of Nov. with everyone getting notice a couple of month's earlier.
We would like to thank everyone for their participation and help in putting the show on and keeping it running in spite of the few hiccups along the way.
I know we would all agree that it was a great pleasure to have Vic and Bev (Wood) as our guests. Vic never stopped, but said he enjoyed every bit of the time he spent here. Sure hate to had
to have kept up with him when he was younger!
If anyone has some pics that they think would be of interest could you email them to me please? as we are putting together an album on 2007.
All that remains is to wish you all a great Christmas and an even happier new year and to thank those that took the time to email me.
